At Romanne the Goddess, we gladly revive your old looking wig to a new wig with just our "WIG MAINTENANCE SERVICE"

This service is in two forms:

1. WASH and STYLE service which includes;

***Detangling your wig.

***Washing and deep conditioning the wig to remove any build dirt from products being used by you, lace glue and an y oils and at the same time reviving and nourishing the wig to make it look new and fresh.

***If the lace is damaged, a reconstruction service is recommended.

***Wig Styling; Please make sure you provide the image of the wig style you want and i will try to recreate it. (NOTE: RECEATING DOESN'T MEAN, YOU ARE GETTING THE EXACT STYLE BUT IT IS SIMILAR BECAUSE AM NOT THE ORIGINAL STYLIST).

***After shipping your wig, send in your tracking number for your order to this email; jayna@romannethegoddess.com.

***A confirmation email will be sent once your tracking number is received.

***And lastly, once your wig is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your wig will be shipped back to you in 2 to 4 business days and a tracking number will be provided via email.

Providing a tracking number is a must and orders should be shipped through DHL, USPS, UPS AND FEDEX and if possible get shipping Insurance from your shipping company. (NOT A MUST JUST AN ADVICE)

**************WIGS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED***************

1. Lace that is ripped, has holes , over plucked and one which is balding.

2. An incredibly matted wig.

3. An excessively shedding wig.

4. All wigs should be 100% VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR to be able to take on the heat from styling tools, to be colored just in case a coloring service is requested and can be done.

***PLEASE NOTE***

THE OUTCOME OF YOUR WIG STYLE, WILL DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF HAIR RECEIVED. IF UNIT IS RECEIVED WITH DAMAGED LACE OR BUNDLE TRACKS, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE SHIPPING COSTS. AND ALSO IF IT CAN BE COLORED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INFORMING YOU OF THE ISSUE AND HOW TO RESOLVE IT.
