WIG POLICY:
- ALL MY WIGS ARE CUSTOM MADE USING A SEWING MACHINE.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING PERIOD / TIME:
- MADE TO ORDER WIGS:
These are custom made wigs ordered from the website and they take ten (10) business days to be processed, shipped and received. That is; 7 business days for processing the order and 2 – 3 business days (FOR U.S.A CUSTOMERS) to be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and received by the customer.
REMEMBER: Holidays and Bad Weather days may affect the time frame.
- READY TO SHIP WIGS:
These are custom wigs from the website that are ready to ship as long as a customer places their order before 3:00 PM EASTERN TIME and it’s a business day . BUT all orders placed after 3:00 PM EST., will be shipped the following business day via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and will be received within 2-3 business days.

- WHEN A CUSTOMER PROVIDES HAIR:
Wigs will be completed in 2 days for local orders whereas out of town or out of state orders, wigs will be completed in 5 business days and then the wig will be mailed back to you via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and order will be received in 2-3 business days as per www.usps.com.

EXCHANGE, REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATION POLICY
- All sales are FINAL, there are absolutely NO refunds.
- And this is because hair extensions or wigs cannot be resold after held or touched or worn by the buyer which means the hair extensions will not be in their original state.
- Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for The ready to ship wigs, made to order wigs and wig construction services.
- If you place an order and would like to cancel the order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted and this has to be done within 48hours of original purchase date.
Please also make sure that your order is 100% correct before placing an order. There will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been submitted.
CHARGE BACK POLICY
*Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices to for our valuable customers, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE CHARGEBACK ABUSES. All abusers will be reported to the CHARGEBACK PROTECTION PROJECT, which may affect an abuser’s ability to purchase at other online retailers across the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly FRAUDULENT and or an attempt to circumvent our POLICY and CONTRACT, we will file a report with the IFCC (INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER), the customer’s local authorities as well as with the Local Authorities as well as with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. If the product was delivered via U.S MAIL or A POST OFFICE BOX, we will also file a MAIL FRAUD complaint with the POSTMASTER or REDERAL AUTHORITIES. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filled with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all the money that will be owed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND APO ADRESS
- It takes 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail for one to receive their order and this begins after the customer receives a tracking number via email.
- This time frame is given by the USPS. It can either be longer or shorter than the quoted days. There-fore, there is no cancellation or refund for any orders incase the time frame is longer or shorter because with International shipping, we can not promise a certain day or time of delivery.
NOTE: * We are not responsible for any CUSTOM FEES/TAXES. And these are due by the customer in the receiving Country.
*We do not ship to postal box or mailing center.
*A physical address is required.
* Also if the package is being held in customs, it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for a lost or stolen package. Your order will not be replaced.
- All packages have tracking numbers that the USPS update whenever they put their hands on your package.
- So, if you will not be home by the expected delivery date and time of your package, please request the USPS to hold your package at one of their local post office via USPS.COM
