What does “Awaiting Shipment” Email mean to a customer?
 
· This means that your order has been received and processed and will ship out within 3-5 business days from the time you receive this email.
BUT, this is just a time frame and is subject to change in case of increase in business/sales/holidays or weather changes.
 
How long is shipping & Processing?
 
· Shipping &processing time is 5-8 business days and that is Monday through Friday ONLY excluding Holidays.
· This time frame does not apply to Custom Orders or International orders.
· So, for Custom and International orders refer back to the given time of the item purchased and the International orders, the time frame depends where you leave or stay.
 
How long will it take me (Supplier) to get a tracking number?
 
· Roughly within 3 business days from the day a customer places the order.
  • BUT if You ordered a Custom Item, you will receive the tracking number ahead of time and this means your tracking number will be generated before shipment of the Item happens.
 
Custom Items include but not limited to the following.
 
· 5*5, 6*6, 7*7 lace closures
· 13*6, lace frontals
How will the customer get his or her tracking number?
 
· The customer will get his or her tracking number via email after the order ships out from the office.
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
· Yes, I do.
 
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
 
· Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the USPS System.
 
Which company do you use for shipping out orders or packages?
 
· We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of my shipment
 
Is express shipping available?
 
· No thanks, I do not do Express Shipping
 
How do I get Custom Coloring on my order?
 
· I do not do Custom coloring unless when I put up a colored wig for sale on my website.
 
When will my order ship?
 
· All orders may vary but please follow the 5-8 business days’ time frame for orders to be delivered at your address.
· This excludes custom orders and International orders.
 
I can’t find my order.
 
· We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for a lost or stolen package. Your order will not be replaced.
· All packages have tracking numbers that the USPS update whenever they put their hands on your package.
· So, if you will not be home by the expected delivery date and time of your package, please request the USPS to hold your package at one of their local post office via WWW.USPS.COM
