SHIPPING TIME

 

  • All domestic shipments take 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail and this is after the Processing period has ended.
  • All International Shipments take 6 -10 business days from the day the item is shipped out of the office.
  • No Express Shipping
  • Expect delays during sales period, holidays and bad weather days.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND APO ADRESS

 

  • It takes 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail for one to receive their order and this begins after the customer receives a tracking number via email.
  • This time frame is given by the USPS. It can either be longer or shorter than the quoted days. There-fore, there is no cancellation or refund for any orders incase the time frame is longer or shorter because with International shipping, we can not promise a certain day or time of delivery.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

 

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for a lost or stolen package. Your order will not be replaced.
  • All packages have tracking numbers that the USPS update whenever they put their hands on your package.
