POLICY


EXPRESS ORDERS
· We do not have Express Shipping.
EXCHANGE, REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND CHARGEBACK POLICY
· All sales are FINAL, there are absolutely NO refunds.
· And this is because hair extensions cannot be resold after held or touched or worn by the buyer which means the hair extensions will not be in their original state.
· Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
· If you place an order and would like to cancel the order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted and this has to be done within 48 hours of original purchase date.
· Please also make sure that your order is 100% correct before placing an order. There will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been submitted.
*CHARGE BACK POLICY*

*Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE CHARGEBACK ABUSES. All abusers will be reported to the CHARGEBACK PROTECTION PROJECT, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly FRAUDULENT and/or an attempt to cirumvent our POLICY and CONTRACT, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. MAIL or a Post Office Box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the POSTMASTER or FEDERAL AUTHORITIES. We will turn deliquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a deliquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all the money that will be owed.
SHIPPING TIME
· All domestic shipments take 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail after a PROCESSING PERIOD of 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS has ended.
· All International Shipments take 6 -10 business days from the day the item is shipped out of the office.
· No Express Shipping
· Expect delays during sales period, holidays and bad weather days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND APO ADDRESS
· It takes 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail for one to receive their order and this begins after the customer receives a tracking number via email.
· This time frame is given by the USPS. It can either be longer or shorter than the quoted days. There-fore, there is no cancellation or refund for any orders in case the time frame is longer or shorter because with International shipping, we can not promise a certain day or time of delivery.
NOTE: * We are not responsible for any CUSTOM FEES/TAXES. And these are due by the customer in the receiving Country.
*We do not ship to postal box or mailing center.
*A physical address is required.
* Also if the package is being held in customs, it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
· We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for a lost or stolen package. Your order will not be replaced.
· All packages have tracking numbers that the USPS update whenever they put their hands on your package.
· So, if you will not be home by the expected delivery date and time of your package, please request the USPS to hold your package at one of their local post office via WWW.USPS.COM
